MICE산업 종사자의 직무역량이 조직의 글로벌화에 미치는 영향 : 해외 업무 경험 조절효과
본 연구는 MICE 종사자의 직무역량과 조직의 글로벌화 간의 영향관계를 규명하고 이 러한 영향관계에서 종사자의 해외업무 경험 정도의 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이 를 위해 50개의 MICE 산업 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 분석결과 MICE 종사자의 직무역량은 기획 및 실무 능력, 글로벌 대응력, 창의적 글로벌 지향성 의 3개 요인으로 도출되었고, 조직의 글로벌화는 해외수주활동, 해외네트워크 구축 등 2개 요인으로 규명되었으며, 해외업무 경험은 해외 관련 업무 경험, 해외파견ㆍ해외근 무 경험, 해외유학ㆍ해외연수ㆍ어학연수 경험 등 3개 요인으로 도출되었다. 도출된 MICE 종사자의 직무역량은 조직의 글로벌화에 영향을 미치며, 종사자의 해외업무 경험 중 해외유학ㆍ해외연수ㆍ어학연수 경험은 직무역량과 글로벌화 간의 관계에 조절효과 를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 본 연구가 우리나라 MICE 조직이 글로벌화를 위해 배양해야 할 종사자의 직무역량을 탐구적으로 밝혀낸 데 의미가 있으며, 더불어 우리나라의 창조적 MICE 산업의 글로벌화를 위한 이론적 논의의 토대를 제시하였음에 의의를 가진다.
The effects of Job Competencies of MICE Industrial Employee's on Organizations Globalization : The Moderating Effect of Overseas Experience
This study investigates the influences of job competences of workers in the MICE industry on globalization and analyzes the regulation effects of the workers’ overseas work experience. To this end, 50 MICE industry workers were surveyed, and as a result, the workers’ job competences were classified into the following three: ‘planning and practical capabilities’, ‘global adaptation capacity’, and ‘creative global directivity’. The globalization of organizations was shown to have two elements, ‘international contracts’ and ‘establishing international networks’, and the international work experience were identified as follows: ‘experiences in international work-related tasks,’ ‘experiences in overseas dispatch and/or relocation’, and ‘experiences in studying, training, or language training overseas’. The job competences of MICE industry workers influence the organization’s globalization, and the ‘experiences in studying, training, or language training overseas’ have regulation effects on job competences and globalization. This result is significant in that the study has inquisitively proven the job competences that the MICE organizations must encourage for globalization and that it suggests the foundation for logical discussion for globalization of Korea’s MICE industry.
