전시컨벤션산업 육성재원 조성에 관한 연구 - MICE산업 육성펀드를 중심으로 -
본 연구는 MICE산업 육성재원과 관련한 국내외 현황분석을 바탕으로 향후 MICE펀드조성을 위한 기본조건을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 한국 MICE산업은 신규 사업 아이디어창출 및 산업의 글로벌화, 대형화를 통한 산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 육성 재원의 확대필요성이 제기되었다. 미국, 유럽은 물론 아시아권 국가들과 비교하여 한국의 MICE산업 육성을 위한 재원은 규모나 다양성, 운영효율성 측면애서 많은 문제점이 노출되고있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 한국MICE산업의 실질적 발전을 위하여 MICE산업 육성펀드의 조성을 통한 자생적인 육성 시스템이 구축되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다, MICE산업 육성펀드 도입을 위하여 민관합동의 다양한 재원 확보와 펀드 운영의 효율성이 제고되어야 할 것이다. 또한 MICE 통계기반 구축, 객관적 평가시스템 도입 등 제도적 기반도 정비해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.
A Study on the Development of Exhibition and Convention Industry Fund - Focused on MICE Industry Development Fund -
The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic conditions for MICE Fund development based on the analysis of domestic and overseas situation related to MICE industry upbringing fund. The Korean MICE industry has raised the need to expand its financial resources to create new business ideas and to increase industrial competitiveness through globalization and large-scale industrialization. Compared with the US and Europe as well as the Asian countries, the financial resources support for fostering MICE industry in Korea is exposed to many problems in terms of size, diversity and operational efficiency. Therefore, in order to develop the MICE industry in Korea, it is analyzed that it is necessary to establish a self-sustaining system through the creation of the MICE Industry Development Fund. In order to introduce the MICE Industry Development Fund, something to do. institutional policies such as MICE statistical infrastructure and objective evaluation system should be improved
