북한 무역 투자를 위한 관광기업의 전략에 관한 연구
본 연구의 목적은 남북관광의 성공적인 투자협력을 위하여 관광기업들의 대북투자에 대한 인식과 관광기업의 선호 진출 방식, 투자 방식 그리고, 한국관광기업의 대북협력 사업 투자 결정요인을 탐색하고 체계화하는데 있다. 본 연구 결과 투자결정요인과 대 북 투자방식에서 투자용이성 요인은 합작투자와 단독투자에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으 며, 경제적 환경성 요인에서는 합작투자가 합영투자 그리고, 단독투자와 유의한 차이가 있음이 나타났다. 둘째, 대북 투자결정요인과 사업체 유형별에서는 투자 용이성 요인은 숙박업이 여행업과 관광개발업에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 투자환경성 요인은 여 행업이 숙박업과 관광개발업에서 유의한 차이를 나타났으며, 시장성 요인은 숙박업이 여행업과 관광개발업에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 셋째, 대북 투자접근방식과 사업 체 유형과의 관계에서는 투자방식에서는 합영투자에서 숙박업과 관광 개발업이 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 합작투자에서는 숙박업이 여행업과 관광 개발업에서 유의한 차이 가 나타났다. 넷째, 사업체의 유형에 따라서는 관광기업의 대북투자 필요성에 대해서는 여행업, 숙박업, 관광개발업이 모두 필요하다고 느끼고 있으나, 응답 기업의 대북 투자 필요성에 대해서는 여행업과 숙박업이 관광 개발업과 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 응답 한 기업의 대북투자 가능성에 대해서는 관광개발업이 가장 높았으며, 숙박업, 여행업의 순으로 가능성을 나타냈다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 아직 일반화되어 있지 않은 초보적 인 단계인 남북교류협력사업 중 한국관광기업의 대북 투자에 대해 처방적인 성격을 가 진 연구이기보다는 설명요인 탐색이라는 차원에서 관광기업의 대북투자에 대한 인식을 연구하여 가장 기본적인 분석단위인 대북 관광투자결정요인을 탐색하는 것을 주된 내 용으로 하고 있으나 향후 새로운 연구분야로서 다각적인 연구의 필요성과 가능성을 시 사하고 있다.
A study on tourism business strategies for North Korea trade investment
The purpose of this study is to find factors determining Korean tourism business' types, joint venture types and investment environmental factors to North Korea. This research focused on divided into three business types such as travel business, tourism development business, Hotel business. Travel businesses prefer to Equity Joint venture and graded approach procedure. Factors determinant of north Korea investment is Investment Environmental Factor that consists of cope with a difficulties ability of environmental change, South Korea supporting system and law. Tourism development businesses are preferred to contractual Joint venture and graded approach procedure. Factors determinant of North Korea investment is Investment Facility Factor that consists of negotiation facility with North Korea, political environment of South Korea, investment preferential treat policy of North Korea. Hotel businesses prefer to Equity Joint venture and graded approach procedure. Factors determinant of North Korea investment is Economical Environment Factor that consists of financing ability, financing stable. In conclusion, the Efforts in promoting the development and cooperation of North and North Korea tourism exchange will prone to be the most easy and effective way for reunification of the two Koreas.
