수정된 IPA를 활용한 전시회 서비스품질 개선 방안에 관한 연구 - 2019 내나라여행박람회 참가기업을 대상으로
기업들은 전시회 참가를 통해 저비용으로 많은 소비자를 대면하고 신규 시장을 확보 하기 위해 노력한다. 본 연구는 전시회 서비스 품질이라는 변수를 사용하여 ‘2019 내 나라여행박람회’참가기업들이 느끼는 전시회의 서비스 품질의 현황을 파악하고 그에 따른 발전 방안에 대한 논의를 위해 실시되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 참가기업 을 대상으로 현장조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 182개의 유효표본을 확보하였다. 확 보된 유효표본을 바탕으로 수정된 IPA 방식을 적용하여 서비스 품질에 대한 현황을 파 악하였으며, 시급히 개선이 필요한 4사분면(우선 시정)에 위치한 서비스 품질을 중심으 로 유의미한 시사점을 제시하였다. 또한, IP Matrix를 통해 분석결과를 시각화하여 결과 의 이해도를 높이기 위해 노력하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 지니고 있는 한계점과 연 구방향을 제시함에 따라 향후 관련 연구들의 발전에 기여하고자 노력하였다.
A Study on Improvement Plans of Service Quality of Exhibition Using Revised IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) - Focused on Exhibitors of Korea Travel Expo 2019
Exhibitors participate in exhibitions to meet many consumers at low cost and strive to secure new markets. This study was conducted to understand the current status of service quality of ‘Korea Travel Expo 2019’by the exhibitors using exhibition service quality variables and to discuss improvement plans. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, on-site surveys were conducted for exhibitors and 182 samples were collected. Based on the samples, the current status of service quality was grasped by using the revised IPA(Importance Performance Analysis), and significant implications were presented focusing on the service quality located in the forth quadrant(priority correction) that requires urgent improvement. In addition, it was tried to improve understanding of the results by visualizing the analysis results through the IP Matrix. Lastly, by presenting the limitations of this study, it was tried to contribute to the development of related studies in the future.
