지속가능한 전시컨벤션 거버넌스의 공유가치(Shared Value)에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 근거이론(Grounded theory)을 중심으로
이 연구는 전시컨벤션 거버넌스에서 발생하는 전시컨벤션 공유가치를 근거이론을 이 용하여 탐색하고자 한다. 전시컨벤션 전문가(거버넌스 내의 이해관계자) 16명을 대상으 로 심층 면접을 통하여, 전시컨벤션 기획부터 준비, 운영까지 경험에 의한 전시컨벤션 의 가치와 공유가치의 현상을 귀납적으로 분석하고, 지속적인 비교 작업을 통하여 188 개의 개념을 도출하고, 33개의 하위범주를 이끌어 낸 후에, 이를 근거로 8개의 상위범 주를 추출하였다. 그 결과 전시컨벤션 공유가치의 중심현상은 전시컨벤션 거버넌스의 가치체계 변화로 전시컨벤션 참여가치 확장과 감소, 전시컨벤션 협력 가치 변화, 전시컨벤션 공유가치에 대한 자각으로 나타났으며, 중심현상의 원인인 인과적 조건으로는 전시컨벤션 개최에 따른 가치 추구경험이, 맥락적 조건으로는 시간에 따른 인지 경험 변화로 나타났다. 거버넌스 이해관계자의 핵심 가치 추구는 산업경쟁력 강화, 신뢰 네트워크 구축 그리 고 인력양성을 통해 진행되며 중심현상과 작용·상호작용전략을 매개하는 역할로 나타 났다. 작용·상호작용 전략은 긍정적 상호작용 요소와 부정적 상호작용 요소로 구분되 며, 이에 따른 결과로 전시컨벤션 공유가치의 현상이 소통성, 대표성, 관계성, 가치혁신 성, 지속가능성으로 제시되었다. 근거이론의 패러다임 모델은 개념과 도출된 범주들 사이의 관계를 규명함으로써, 전 시컨벤션 거버넌스의 이해관계자들이 경험적으로 느끼는 공유가치의 개념과 현상의 의 미 관계를 분석하는 데 유효한 도구를 제공하였다. 본 연구는 전시컨벤션 공유가치의 현상에 대한 탐색적 연구로 전시컨벤션 거버넌스 이해관계자들이 느끼는 지속가능한 전략과 공유가치의 개념적 범주를 제공하므로, 관심을 갖는 연구자와 현업의 실무자에 게 이론적, 실무적, 정책적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
An Exploratory Study on Sustainable Shared Value of Exhibition & Convention Governance - Perspective on a Grounded Theory
This study aims to analyze the exhibition and convention shared value between the users, intermediaries, and suppliers in the context of the exhibition and convention (E&C) governance using grounded theory. In-depth interviews with 16 stakeholders derived the E&C's value and the shared value from the planning to the preparation and operation. The study extracted 188 concepts, 33 subcategories, and 8 top categories. The central phenomenon of the E&C shared value revealed the change of the value system of E&C governance. The paradigm model of grounded theory provides a useful tool for analyzing the relationship between concepts and meaning of shared values empirically felt by stakeholders by identifying the relationship between concepts and categories. This study provides theoretical and practical implications for researchers and managers interested in the shared value of E &C governance.
