전시 참가업체의 편익이 관계지속성에 미치는 영향 - 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로
본 연구는 전시회에 참가하는 참가업체의 관계지속성을 향상할 수 있는 방안을 논의 하는 것을 목적으로 실시되었다. 전시회의 특성을 고려하여 참가업체 편익, 만족도, 관 계지속성 등의 변수를 활용하여‘K-PRINT 2021’참가업체를 대상으로 실증분석을 실 시하였다. 120개 참가업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 총 100개의 유효표본을 확보하 였으며, 연구 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 분석을 실시하였다. 참가업체 편익을 구성하는 요인은 자원교환편익, 사회교환편익, 정보교환편익 등으로 나타났으며, 관계지속성은 행동적 관계지속성, 정서적 관계지속성 등으로 선행연구를 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 참가업체 편익과 만족도, 관계지속성 간의 부분적으로 유의한 영향관계를 규명하였으며, 3단계 회귀방정식을 활용하여 만족도의 완전 매개효 과를 검증하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제시함으로써 전시 산업과 관련 연구의 발전에 기여하고자 한다.
The Effect of Exhibitors’ Benefits on Relationship Persistence - Focused on Mediating Effect of Satisfaction
This study aims to discuss ways to improve the relationship persistence of exhibitors participating in the exhibition. To understand the characteristics of exhibitions, an empirical analysis was conducted on the exhibitors of ‘K-PRINT 2021’ using variables such as benefits, satisfaction, and relationship persistence. A total of 100 valid samples were secured through a survey of 120 exhibitors, and an analysis was conducted to achieve the research purpose. Factors constituting the benefits of exhibitors were found to be resource exchange benefits, social exchange benefits, and information exchange benefits, while relationship persistence was found to support previous studies with behavioral relationship persistence and emotional relationship persistence. The partially significant influence relationship among exhibitor benefits, satisfaction, and relationship persistence was investigated, and the perfect mediating effect of satisfaction was verified using a three-step regression equation. Finally, this study attempted to contribute to the development of related studies by suggesting future research directions while considering its limitations.
