MBTI 성격유형에 따른 전시컨벤션 산업 종사자의 직무만족 분석
본 연구의 목적은 전시컨벤션 산업에서 성격유형이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 차 이를 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 성격 유형은 MBTI 성격 유형으로 분류하였고, 직 무만족도는 선행연구를 바탕으로 45개의 설문지로 구성되었으며 Likert 5점 척도로 측 정하였다. 연구 검증은 일원 ANOVA와 t-검정을 사용하여 분석하였다. 직무만족도의 하위영역에서는 동료 요인에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 동료 요인에 대한 사후검증 결과 기능별 성격유형중 SJ-SP, SJ-NF성 격유형이 직무만족도 동료요인에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 성격유형 중 16가지 성격유형에 의한 선호지표, 기능별, 기질별 성격유형의 구분에서는 종사자의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 선호지표 유형중 외향적(E)-내향형(I), 직관(N)-감각(S), 판단(J)-인식(P) 이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 한계는 MBTI의 기질별 직무만족도 차이검증을 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 성격유형의 차이를 알기 위해서는 조사대상자의 환경적 요인이 모두 동일해야 하지만 실질적으로 모든 조건이 동일해야 한다는 점이다. 직무만족도 조사가 직무만족도를 전 체적으로 측정하는지 항목별로 측정하는지에 대해 많은 논의가 있다. 하지만 직업에 따라 다르게 측정해야 한다는 주장도 많다. 앞으로 전시산업 종사자들의 직무만족도를 측정하기 위한 다양한 도구의 개발이 필요할 것이다.
Job Satisfaction Analysis of Employees in the Exhibition·Convention Industry according to MBTI Personality Type
This study aims to investigate whether there is a difference in the effect of personality type on job satisfaction in the exhibition·convention industry. The personality type is classified into MBTI personality type. Job Satisfaction Factor was composed of 45 questionnaires based on the previous research and measured by the Likert 5-point scale. The study verification was analyzed using one-way ANOVA and a t-test using SPSS. The limitation of this study is that to know the difference in personality types that affect job satisfaction, the environmental factors of the survey subjects must all be the same, but practically all conditions are the same. There are many discussions about whether job satisfaction surveys measure job satisfaction as a whole or for each item. However, there are also many arguments that it should be measured differently depending on the job. In the future, it is necessary to develop various tools for measuring the job satisfaction of exhibition industry employees.
