유니크베뉴의 유니크 선택속성에 대한 탐색적 연구
본 연구는 유니크베뉴의 유니크 속성에 대한 접근 방법을 모색하고자 수행한 실험적 인 연구이다. 이를 위하여 전문가 집단을 대상으로 한 델파이(Delphi)기법의 적용을 통 해 유니크 선택속성을 도출하고자 하였다. 델파이기법을 이용한 유니크베뉴 유니크 선 택속성 도출에서는 전문가 집단을 대상으로 하여 3차례에 걸친 조사를 통하여 수집된 총 15개의 선택속성을 가지고 델파이 조사를 반복하면서 Kendall’s W 검증을 통한 의 견 일치성 등을 수행하여 최종적으로‘이미지’,‘문화’,‘개최목적에 부합’,‘색다 른 매력’,‘지역 역사와의 연계성’,‘도시의 지명도 증대’,‘기억에 남는 장소’, ‘체험’의 최종 8개의 유니크베뉴의 선택속성을 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 향후 학계의 확장 연구에 기초정보를 제공할 수 있게 되었으며, 이 선택속성을 이용하여 유니크베뉴의 상대적 중요도에 근거한 점수표에 의한 평가지수에 관한 연구를 진행할 수 있는 근거를 제시했다. 또한 중앙정부, 지자체, 컨벤션뷰로 등 에게 선택기준에 대한 근거를 제시할 수 있고, 마케터들에게 마케팅 전략을 수립하는 데 있어서 기초정보를 제공할 수 있게 되었으며, 유니크베뉴에 대한 평가지표의 단서 에 의해 유니크베뉴를 선정하고 이를 추천하는 활동을 할 수 있어 이러한 베뉴를 사용 하는 구매자들은 결국 이러한 평가지표의 단서에 의해 구매 활동을 하게 되어 궁극적 으로 공급자는 소비자들의 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 유니크베뉴의 품질향상을 가져올 수 있다고 사료된다.
An Exploratory Study on Unique Selection Attributes of Unique Venues
This exploratory study explores an approach to the unique selection attributes of unique venues. Using the Delphi survey, a total of 15 selection attributes were collected from experts. Five items were removed in the second round and two items were removed in the third round of evaluations. The specific implications of this study are as follows: This study, which was the first to explore the distinct selection attributes of unique venues, can provide foundational information for future academic research and expansion. In addition, the basis for conducting a study on the evaluation index of unique venues using the optional attributes derived from this study was presented. These findings can be used to inform the central government, local governments, and convention bureaus that select unique venues. In addition, it has become possible to provide fundamental information to marketers for the establishment of marketing strategies.
